Is CrossFit for me?
Yes, CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness levels. CrossFit is scalable to each individual’s capability, so that you can become healthier and fitter at your own pace.
Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?
No, CrossFit is how you get fit.
Do I need to complete elements before trying a class?
No. You can jump into a free trial class at any point. If you think we are cool and want to join, we can talk about the next steps.
All beginners should complete a foundational course with us or a 1:1 elements session, to ensure they feel confident to embark on their CrossFit journey.
What is CrossFit foundations?
An elements course is a 1-hour private session with one of our highly skilled coaches, which will cover the Fundamental CrossFit movements, so you can step into your first CrossFit class feeling confident and ready.
A foundational class consists of a 1 hour sessions in a small group setting, covering the Fundamental CrossFit movements. The session will break down these movements at a slower pace and will include a small workout at the end. After this class you should join a CrossFit class feeling familiar with the movements, class structure, scaling options and more importantly, confident.
The foundation classes typically run on a Saturday at 11am.
